Job Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect for Real Estate Company. The Senior Architect will play a key role in leading the design and development of projects till completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.Job Responsibilities:Lead the architectural design process for new projects.Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and designers, to ensure that design objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant data and evaluate project feasibility.Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, models, and presentations, to clients for their reference.Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.Ensure that projects adhere to established quality standards, design guidelines, and sustainability principles.Job Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.Prior work experience in the Real Estate Industry would be an added benefit.Ability to handle the projects single-handedly.Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual presentations.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.Location: Panjim, GoaFor any further details please write to us at[email protected]>
