If you're hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there's only one choice.Security ArchitectYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Accountable for IT security GISC (General Information Security Controls) audits by ensuring implementation and execution of GISC controls, identifying compliance issues, and Implementing various detective controls to ensure the adherence to IT Security policies within Enabling Functions especially for SAP Application.Accountable for managing IT Security and Compliance for Global EF (Enabling Functions) within Product Platform (PP) including Information Security, Risk analysis for the global ICS relevant systems and assessing new solutions such as Cloud (SaaS, PaaS) and new integrations.Responsible for Partner evaluation from IT Security ensuring partner's adherence to needed controls by random audit/checks with the partners based on the Security schedules defined in Apollo contract.Facilitate information security assessment for outsourcing initiatives and third-party employments.Accountable for strategic implementation of global initiatives from Cyber Security & Risk Management (CSRM) and Data Privacy organization.Responsible for Identifying and addressing risk management topics within the risk boards for product platform.Represent and work as an Information Classification Caretaker (ICC) for Global Enabling functions.Accountable for conducting Penetration testing to identify security vulnerabilities in new applications and ensure these vulnerabilities are remediated by the application and System owner.Work with other global stakeholders such as Legal, Data Privacy, Compliance and Cyber Security & Risk management,WHO YOU ARE:University degree in Bachelor of Engineering or equivalentProfound business know-how in IT Support and projectsIn-depth knowledge of information technology and/or infrastructureKnowledge and experience in organizational change managementExcellent inter-cultural understanding and experienceHigh level of English language skillsStrong communication skills, analytical, structural, and strategic skills3 - 7 years of experience in Information Security and IT architectureStrong knowledge on project or program deliveryStrong knowledge on Identity Access Management and group RegulationsStrong knowledge of SAP Access management and ComplianceSound knowledge of ICS audits for IT Security controlsExperienced to have worked in distributed & virtual teamsExecutes his/her responsibilities with knowledge, accuracy,persistence, resilience and creativity seeking to work both independently and collaborative.Bayer does not charge any fees whatsoever for recruitment process.
