As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and success of our products. Your strategic vision and leadership will guide the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to engage and gain buy-in from stakeholders, coupled with your technical acumen, will be instrumental in delivering high-quality products that drive business growth.Key responsibilities include:End-to-End Product Management: Take charge of the complete concept-to-launch product lifecycle. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to shape product strategy and drive successful execution.Roadmap Ownership: Define, Develop and Execute roadmap to optimize and automate the threat analysis workflow followed by the Security Operations Center and Threat Analysis teams. Develop and execute roadmap to build platform native automation for proactive analysis and mitigation.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in for product initiatives. Engage closely with customers, executives, sales teams, and partners to gather feedback and insights that shape the product direction.Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans. Ensure that roadmap items are well-defined, scoped appropriately, and delivered on time.Release Management: Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams to plan and execute product releases. Ensure that products are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.Performance Monitoring: Define and track key product performance metrics post-launch. Analyze user data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions for continuous product improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:Product Management Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in driving successful workflow and platform automation solutions and implementation. Understanding of the security and SOC workflows is an added advantage. Good knowledge of automation paradigms such as RPA.Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Technical Acumen: Sound technical understanding to effectively communicate with engineering teams, assess feasibility, and make informed decisions. Understanding of bot detection and mitigation technology stack with exposure to machine learning technologies. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and devise creative solutions.Project Management: Solid project management skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence etc. is a must. Preferred Skills and Qualifications:While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be advantageous:Advanced Degree : Master's degree in Business Administration or Web Security or related fieldsIndustry Knowledge: Familiarity with Cloud Security/Bot Management and its unique challenges and opportunities.Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies for product development, such as Scrum or Kanban.Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.Certifications: Relevant certifications in product management (e.gCertified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing) and/or Cloud/Web Security ( CISSP etc ) can be beneficial.
