Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals for the Hindi TV Channel in the Mumbai (West) and Gurgaon (North) regions.Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the attainment of sales objectives.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, clients, and key stakeholders, leveraging these connections to secure partnerships and drive ad sales.Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and business opportunities, adapting sales strategies accordingly to maximize revenue potential.Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to tailor sales pitches and offerings that align with client needs and objectives.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and enhance sales effectiveness.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and results to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices in sales management to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.Proven track record of 15 years in sales management within the media industry, with a focus on Hindi TV channel sales.Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Thorough understanding of the media landscape, advertising industry, and market trends, particularly within the Hindi TV segment.Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach to sales, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management, pipeline tracking, and customer relationship management.Willingness to travel within the Mumbai (West) and Gurgaon (North) regions as needed.
