Machine Learning Engineer

HIRING FOR AMAZONResponsibilities:Engage in cutting-edge problem-solving within Deep Learning for the Internal AI Accelerator Stack.Support the development of deep learning models to cater to a large-scale deployment, facilitating hundreds of thousands of AI cameras.Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, including model training, development, debugging, and deployment.Develop software for the innovative 56 AI platform, contributing to its advancement.Optimize algorithms to ensure optimal performance on edge GPUs.Collaborate across teams to establish end-to-end workflows, spanning from data curation and training to performance optimization and deployment.Requirements:Proficiency in Python programming is essential, with hands-on experience in ML Frameworks such as Caffe, Tensorflow, and Pytorch.Additional expertise in PyTorch, TensorRT, CuDNN, and other Deep Learning frameworks is advantageous.Solid comprehension of Deep Learning Algorithms within the Computer Vision domain, including CNN, RNN, LSTM, etc.Experience with Deep Learning software stacks and architectures is highly desirable.Ability to implement research papers independently.Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, with the capability to swiftly grasp new systems and concepts.Familiarity with image, video, and time-series data (LSTM), and CUDA programming experience is beneficial.Experience in person/scene understanding (pose, re-identification, etc.) is a plus.Track record of successfully applying machine learning to address real-world challenges.Proficiency in conducting effective statistical experiments and predictive analytics.
