Skills:? Knowledge on Maintenance of VCB, Transformers, ACBS and Drives? Knowledge of Planning and scheduling of Maintenance activities? Exposure to handle shift activities? Manpower Management? Troubleshooting of Faults? Root Cause analysisResponsibilities? Must be conversant in maintaining Transformers, IMCC panel, PCC panel, APFC panel,lighting transformer and panel, VFD panel, DCDB panel? Ensure upkeep of Variable frequency drives, parameterize and commissioning of new drives? Motor and plant lighting commissioning work and maintenance work.? Ensure upkeep of Variable frequency drives, parameterisation and commissioning of new drives? 1500 kva DG preventive / breakdown maintenance.? 33 kv to 415v Switchboard maintenance? DC bus, battery maintenance battery panel Maintenance.? LT Motors preventive / breakdown maintenance.? DOL and stare delta Starter, preventive / breakdown maintenance.? VFD upkeep and Maintenance.(ABB, Rockwell, Danfoss, Siemens,).? UPS & UPS Battery Maintenance? Transformer Maintenance. Testing of Transformer for WTI, OTI, Buchholz relay, Magnetic oil Gage and Pressure Relief valve function? EOT Crane preventive / breakdown maintenance.? 415 Volt 5000amp, 3200amp ACB preventive / breakdown maintenance.? 33 kv ,6.6 kv 1250Amp VCB preventive / breakdown maintenance.? Conduct regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms.? Reviews the problem and find the problematic area and improve the performance of? the area? Ensure workplace safety of self and co workers? Maintain 5S at work place.? Independently handle shift along with Technicians? Must have good interpersonal relationships with process and maintenance team.
