Vice President, Program and Project Management I As an experienced Employee Engagement and Experience Professional with 8-10 years of expertise, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and overall workplace experience. This role involves adept stakeholder management, events planning, staying abreast of social media trends, crafting creative communication strategies, and proficiently managing internal tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities:1. Stakeholder Management:Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and address their unique needs and expectations.Collaborate closely with leadership, HR, Facilities, CSR, DEI, and various teams to align engagement initiatives with organizational goals.2. Events PlanningConceptualize, plan, and execute a diverse range of employee engagement events, in-person, virtual and hybrid.Ensure events are aligned with the organization's culture and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.3. Social Media TrendsStay current with social media trends and leverage platforms to enhance employee engagement.Integrate social media tools and practices to create dynamic and interactive communication channels.4. Creative Communication and Engagement StrategiesWork closely with the Communications team to plan and execute Employee Engagement campaigns. Develop and implement innovative communication strategies to effectively convey key messages and foster a sense of community.Utilize various mediums, such as newsletters, video content, and interactive campaigns, to keep employees engaged.5. Managing Internal Tools and PlatformsOversee internal communication tools and platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with organizational objectives.Provide support to employees to maximize the utilization of internal platforms like Viva Engage, SharePoint etc.6.
