This role is located in Pune – HYBRID.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: The successful candidate will:Key Skills:Expertise of BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, ThoughtSpot)Detailed understanding of database management systems, OLAP, and the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework.DAX learningExpertise of SQL queriesExceptional analytical thinking skills for converting data into illuminating reports and reports.Comprehensive understanding of data modelling, administration, and visualizationExtremely good communication skillsExperience in data preparation and data warehousing projectsExperience in Change Control managementDomain knowledge of Data Governance (good to have)Key Responsibilities:Manage Intake process of new requirements and enhancements requests.Develop Power BI Data models and recommend best practices for report creation and visualization.End to end accountability of deliverables to the business team.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for Analytics and ReportingDesigning and developing BI reports and dashboards.Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in the dashboards and reports.Training end-usersTroubleshooting and maintenanceImplement security in reports and dashboardsEnsure agile/scrum practices are followed during the development processAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
