Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:Ericsson invites spirited candidates to fill the dynamic role of Field Services Coordinator. This pivotal role encompasses the coordination, management, and execution of Field Services activities. In conjuction with Operations and Engineering, you will be of vital importance in ensuring that services provided to our dedicated customers are continuously available and adhere to our Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. As a mostly in-site role, you will be vital to both Operations functions and SIP functions, especially in the wake of engineering or deployment activities.
