JOB DESCRIPTION:Supervising day-to-day work at the site.Need to have good experience in Structure as well as finishing works.Responsible for checking, monitoring, and following up to ensure the progress of works Planned on-site.To read and understand the drawings and able to coordinate the site workers as per the drawings.Coordination with Sub Contractors and Monitoring their activities on site.Provide a Schedule for workers and assign tasks to scaffolders.Should maintain Site & Office Coordination.Organizing the materials and manpower necessary to complete the project.Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards.Keeping detailed records of site activities.JOB REQUIREMENTS:3 years of experience as a supervisor in building projects.strong organizational and ownership abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
