JOB DESCRIPTION:Supervision of Civil work, finishing work taking out Quantities, Quality Control of materials for use, and Preparing Progress reports.Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed as per specifications.Day-to-day monitoring of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.Direct construction operations and maintained activities at the project site.Timely arrangements of the materials, Manpower & equipment needed for the work.Worked on estimation of materials required on the revised drawing Coordination of the consumption with the project management.Check the detailed survey and Layout of structures before the execution of construction activities.Report on progress to Seniors at Site and Office.Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards.JOB REQUIREMENTS:3 years of experience as a Foreman in building projects.strong organizational and ownership abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
