Sr. System-Z Programmer

As Sr. System-Z Programmer  you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer satisfaction by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters. You will need to visit the domestic client's offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.Manage z/OS System Administration ActivitiesDay to day z/OS System Monitoring and Production SupportPerform DASD Space managementRACF Security AdministrationInstall z/OS and related products on z/OSMaintain HCD configuration z/OS CloningApply PTF via SMPEExecute changes to z/OS  DB2 CICS RACF TWS and MQReview and maintain system configuration documentationTroubleshooting of z/OS related problemHandle incidents related to system operation monitoring and supportLevel 2 and 3 Ticket resolution.Liase with PMR team for extended support.Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement.
