This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture and the implementation of scalable solutions using modern data stacks.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines.Implement the complete ELT process to enhance our data platform's performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.Optimize data flow and collection to improve data accuracy and utility.Ensure best practices in data management and security are followed.Requirements & Experience:You will have proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data architectures and familiarity with data design patternsYou will be a SQL ninja, capable of crafting complex analytical and transformation queries that are highly performantYour second preferred language will be Python next SQLExperience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding of their data-related servicesKnowledge of modern data stack tools (e.g., DBT, DuckDB, Dagster, BigQuery, Redshift)Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamStrong communication skills and proficiency in EnglishTechnical Qualifications & Skills:Experience in building and maintaining real-time data pipelines.Minimum experience using the following tech stackdbt - 5yrsSQL > 5yrsSQLSpark > 5yrsPython at least 3yrsDagster/Airflow - 2 yrsPreferred but not mandatoryKubernetes and TerraformCI/CD - Github actions, CircleCIDatadog / Cloudwatch - LoggingPrior work with stream-processing systems (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis).Exposure to Trino, Dagster, Cubejs, metabase/looker will be advantageou
