Technical SkillsPrimary Skills: GCP, Python, Development experience with ML Model Development and Deployment, Intermediate Classical ML, NLP with knowledge of GenAI, Model evaluation and modellingProfessional ML Engineer GCPAnalytical technical skills to be able to predict the consequences of configuration and data changes (impact analysis), to identify root causes that are not obvious.Basics of SQLExcellent communication with different stakeholders (business, technical, project)Good understanding of the overall Data Science ecosystem and Machine Learning Concepts (especially classical ML and )Experience with building and deploying Machine Learning applications at prodUnderstanding modern MLOps pipelinesExperience working in agile projects.Roles and ResponsibiltyRole purpose:  Analyze the data, develop ML models with classical ML and NLP. Industrialize and deploy ML Models based on Data Science ML Models with ML Model validation (Code + Data validation). Develop CI/CD pipelines to deploy ML models and continuously monitor the models. Develop and Maintain ML ModelsHave hands-on experience with developing and maintaining model pipeline.Support Data Science on Feature EngineeringModel and data validationEvaluate models and try to optimize the performance.Monitoring of ML model prediction performance and initiating corrective actions in alignment with Data ScienceGood understanding for classical ML and evaluation metrics (Linear Regression, clustering, etc)Being part of  the development life cycle for agile software development projectsDeliver customer-oriented solutions in a timely, collaborative manner.Proactive thinking, planning and understanding of dependencies.Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
