Senior Accounts Executive (AP & GL) (Chandigarh/Bangalore)

ResponsibilitiesAssist with month-end close including, but not limited to, journal entries and reconciling GL accounts for AP invoices accruals, Open PO Accrual, Non-PO accruals, Recurring JEs, for US and international subsidiaries.Perform expense analysis and commentary to explain what’s going on in the business for various P&L accounts.Work with different department owners on the monthly PO report clean up (open PO, receipts, invoices).Prepare the monthly Open PO accrual details for US and foreign subsidiaries.Work with business partners (Marketing, Engineering, Facilities) to address relevant accounting matters and projects.Review new requisitions in Coupa and work with business partners and FP&A to ensure proper accounting coding.Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests.Requirements3 - 5 years of relevant experience, including exposure to publicly traded and SaaS companiesWorking knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite, Coupa, FloQast, Tableau) preferredAdvanced MS Office skills, emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and AccessDetail-oriented with ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and a team player.Resourceful in solving problems and strong analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills collaborating with others across the entire organization.#LI-NT1
