Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensurecompetitive pricingand timely delivery of goods.Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products that meet company requirements.Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous terms for the company.Evaluate supplier performance based on factors such as quality, cost, delivery time, and responsiveness.Manage the procurement process frompurchase requisitiontoorder placement and delivery.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.Key Deliverables:Obtain competitive prices for goods and services.Ensure error-free and timely execution of orders.Maintainaccurate records of purchases and related transactions.Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role.Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge ofprocurementbest practices and legal requirements
