1. Release and Print work order for which sales order are punch in SAP which are to be taken in production planning.2. Check work orders for every data aspects, if any data is wrong then make the correction in SAP and also inform marketing person if necessary.3. Ensure final design is attached in SAP at the time of checking work orders.4. Check average coating for lamination work order.5. After checking, get it approved by Production Manager.6. After approval, forward that work orders to concern department.7. Create BOM, Routing and version for new products in SAP.8. Do raw material planning, packing material planning as per the requirement and forward it to purchase.9. Do daily dispatch planning as per marketing priorities and production which is executed.10. While packing the finished goods for dispatch, if product weight is exceeding the marketing weight, In charge Finishing shall inform to PPC In charge. PPC In charge in coordination with Production Manager will look into the matter and solve it. It may happen by using higher GSM material, wrong product counting in bales, etc. and take the approval from management for dispatch.11. Check daily dispatch auto mail, if any product sold over the marketing weight then check where the problem happened and give analysed result to management.12. Help production team to solve problems regarding SAP.13. Prepare MIS report like as per requirements.14. Prepare planning sheet with Production Manager and share it with production team.15. Arrange meetings as per requirement.16. Check production entry in SAP and inform Production Manager if there is any issue.17. Communicate with all HOD about production status and solve problems if there is any regarding production.18. Make necessary changes in SAP for smooth production.19. Make new development in SAP as per requirement and communicate with IT team for same.20. Take the part in Research on samples received from marketing and develop new product.21. Close unnecessary sales order from system with the help of dispatch team.22. Close unwanted production orders and planned orders.22. Fill the form for new inquiries, customer audit form and other inquiries and help Production manager to complete it.23. Do coordination with job work vendors for production follow up and ensure that it is supplied to us in time. Give classification of new product to them for correct production.24. All kind of written communication with Marketing regarding any change in product and with production to communicate the same.25. Reply any inquiries relating to dispatch of marketing persons.26. Help graphics team for new design development by providing them technical guidance.
