Find your place in risk and analytics on #TeamAmexFunctional Description?The Enterprise Risk Management & Risk Oversight organization within Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) is responsible for identifying and managing risk across all processes and geographies at American Express.?  The Manager, Enterprise Conduct Risk will be part of the GRC organization and will report to the Director, Enterprise Conduct Risk. The incumbent will help support the oversight of people, culture, and conduct risk for the Company.? The incumbent will lead a team of analysts in India and will be responsible for identifying, measuring, monitoring, and reporting on conduct risks and data analytics.  Key Responsibilities:·Conduct investigations to identify systemic Conduct Risk issues discovered through various data channels, e.g., incentives data, outlier reports, Salesforce data, etc.  ·Own Conduct Risk Management data analysis within Conduct Risk oversight activities, applying regulatory guidance to assess behaviors within data to identify process gaps and control failures.  ·Partner with key stakeholders across the Enterprise and apply knowledge from External Perspectives toward improving Enterprise policies and procedures within the Conduct Risk Management Framework.  ·Identify issues, escalate key findings, and advise on recommended solutions to correct issues or mitigate risks within scheduled, triggered, and ongoing oversight activities.  ·Support analytics across the Conduct Risk team, including Conduct Risk Assessment data intake and analysis. Support the creation of dashboards and other reporting, as needed. ·Project management with attention to detail and the ability to document requirements, track workstreams, and define actions/next steps Minimum Qualifications·Effectively coach, train and develop a team of analysts in all aspects of their role ·Devote significant attention to details, remain highly organized ·Analytical skills to identify opportunities and deliver insights – i.e. analyze datasets with minimal guidance and oversight; including ability to translate complex and disparate information to develop a comprehensive and clear conclusion ·Proactive in identifying issues, delivering and escalating key findings, and advising on recommended solutions to correct issues or mitigate risks ·Strong sense of integrity and the ability and willingness to challenge (and be challenged) ·Self-motivated, capable of executing under uncertainty with multiple priorities  ·Impeccable integrity required for handling confidential information ·2+ years relevant experience is preferred ·Bachelor's degree required This role is required to be on-site 3 days/weekWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
