Manager- Internal Audit

Our client is a reputed company who designs, manufactures & distributes material for the construction & industrial markets.They are looking for a Manager-Internal Audit at Mumbai.Desired profile: A chartered Accountant with 4-7 years works experience in Internal Audit. CISA/DISA preferred.Responsibilities:1.Develop and implement audit plans and strategies to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations2. Lead and manage audit teams to ensure timely completion of audits and achievement of audit objectives.3. Identify and assess potential risks and control weaknesses, and develop recommendations for improvementReview and evaluate audit findings, and prepare comprehensive audit reports for management4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of audit issues5.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into audit processes and procedures6.Provide guidance and training to audit staff, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning7.Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines, and maintain confidentiality of audit information.
