Front desk officers are responsible for taking care of guests and customers. Their work mainly involves interacting with customers and business partners, either in person or through phone calls. They also assist in organizing work documents and firm logistics.Ascertains their purchasing needs. Assists customers in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary. Knows all essential aspects of our business operations.
