Job ResponsibilitiesPlan the day's work with an emphasis on leads to be contacted basis theimportance of the sales funnel andIdentify fitment of sales products matching the clients investing goalsInteract with potential customers with an emphasis on high-qualitylead conversions.Proactively follow up on leads assigned by the Sales Head and report theprogress with a mitigation plan to achieve the results as well.Work closely with the Sales Head to achieve sales objectives.Contribute to the team's performance by sharing and implementing the BestPractice Ideas.Disseminate the learnings/ good practices across the team(s) so that theknowledge sharing is encouraged and rewarded likewiseRequirementsGraduate (Mandatory)At least 1-3 years working within a sales environment preferably ina proactive telemarketing role in a BFSI / Finance sector.Fluency in English, Hindi & any one regional languageExcellent communication skills verbal and written & Excellenttelephone skillsA high degree of accuracyWilling and able to work extra hours on occasion to complete tasksWilling and able to attend company meetings that take place outsideof normal working hours (approx. one per month)Thanks&RegardsDivyaHR8074261513(whatsapp,call)email me at: [Confidential Information]
