We raised $280 million at a $1.5 billion valuation from Softbank, Mastercard, and other investors in2021.Learnmore @www.zeta.tech,careers.zeta.tech,Linkedin,Twitter About the RoleAs Director - Financial Analytics for Credit Cards you will be responsible for developing financial forecasting models and analytics reports for assessing unit economics and proforma P&L for credit card portfolios.What would you do here?Create and maintain very granular vintage level financial model templates with the relevant vintage curve and monthly assumptions that can be used to model a 10 year financial forecast for various types of credit cards (subprime to super prime, retail, co-branded, PLCC, retail, small business and commercial)Build and maintain vintage curve assumptions for all relevant variables from bureau data, past data and other relevant sourcesBuild and maintain assumptions for all other key credit card P&L driversDevelop and maintain 10-year proforma P&L and balance sheet projections for de-novo card launches as well as partnership card dealsAssist Business Development team in formulating pitches, pricing and deal terms for any future credit card launches.Work closely with the credit card business leadership team to provide strategic insights on improving RoA, RoE and setting financial targets and goals.Maintain M-o-M, Q-o-Q and annual budgets and forecasts and measure and report variance from budget on a monthly basis for each card portfolioDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each card portfolio, monitor performance against targets and communicate results to the leadership teamWork with the data engineering team to automate the above monitoring through our data analytics toolsWhat are we looking for?The ideal candidate has a strong financial modeling background with hands-on experience in developing models and forecasts tools for credit card portfolios5-7 years of prior experience at a credit card company on financial modeling having built detailed, accurate, vintage level, 10 year forecastsDegree in finance/statistics/economics/businessIn-depth understanding of credit card lifecycle management and implications to financial outcomesProficiency with GAAP rules related revenue recognition and ALLL for credit card P&LAnalytical and quantitative mind set with ability to use data analytics toolsSelf-starter, intellectually curious and effective communicatorLife At ZetaAt Zeta, we want you to grow to be the best version of yourself by unlocking the great potential that lies within you.
