As Deputy Manager - Finance and Administration Delivery, you are responsible for the project service request management, delivery status reporting and financial forecasting, reporting and analysis. This position develops and makes the day to day PMA operations more efficient.Manage service delivery of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes in scopeIn-charge of invoice processing, vendor master management; query resolution, indexing, Invoice reconciliation and accounts reporting activitiesEnsure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met on timelines and accuracyEnsure proper financial treatment of team's transactionsMaintain sound Internal control environmentLead Special Projects and handle customer expectationsEnsure feedback is provided for the processSystematically identify, analyze and tackle issues and problems to reach optimal solutions in a timely manner
