Manager- Training

Key Responsibilities:? Developing and implementing training programmes that align with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization? Collaborating with department managers to identify training needs and developing customised training programmes that address the unique needs of each department? Delivering training programmes to employees using a variety of methods, including on-the-job training, workplace training, virtual training for site staff.? Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes using a variety of methods including surveys, assessments, and feedback from employees and managers? Using data and feedback to continuously improve training programmes and making recommendations for changes and improvements? Working closely with the human resources management team to ensure that training programmes align with the overall human resources strategy and goals? Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in training and development and making recommendations for changes to training programmes as required
