Responsibilities: Responsible for interacting with PAN India customers/prospects of Liberty General Insurance. Responsible for out calling PAN India customers/prospects of Liberty General Insurance. Responsible for delivering the relevant KPIs designed for the assigned job role. Responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction survey.
