The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in an industry where emotions play a crucial role, as this role involves providing support and assistance to parents navigating our programs. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on families and contribute to the growth of our mission.Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive understanding of Hungry Brain's programs, features, and benefits to effectively assist customers & address their queries.Generate regular reports on customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and program development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address customer needs effectively.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.Maintain professional behavior always portraying the company in a positive image while effectively managing customer complaints/issues.Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the chat system.Qualifications:? Should know basic English with proper pronunciations and Grammar to apply? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.? Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey empathy and understanding in written form.? Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.?
