They provide investmentprocessing, investment management, and investment operations solutions that help corporations, financialinstitutions, financial advisors, and ultra-high-net-worth families create and manage wealth.As a core member of our Private Equity team you will be working with experienced industry professionals to deliver services for complex fund structures.Role and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining books and records and calculations of fund's Net Asset Values.Coordinating and Reviewing Financial Statements and associated reports including performance metrics/quarterly reportingCoordinate and review of calculations of carried interests/performance/incentive feesCoordinate and review calculation of investor allocations for capital calls and distributionsCoordinate and review of partners capital account statementsCoordinate of payments and other transactionsSupervise production analysts, review and signing off the work performedActing as primary contact for clients and other stakeholdersMeeting client expectations by monitoring timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverablesEnsuring all escalations are addressed timelyFirst escalation point for internal queriesDirect the team to manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables within agreed SLAsMonitoring progress of assigned team members for additional training and developmentRequirements for this role include:5-7 years of experience in accounting for financials services sectors particularly Private EquityExperience in reviewing financials statementsUser experience with enterprise accounting systemWorking knowledge of Investran is highly desirable5-7 years of experience using MS-Excel that required you to use Formulas, Tables & Formatting,Conditional Formatting, Charting, Pivot tables & Pivot Reporting.Independently handling of client calls and monthly and weekly reviewsSupervisory skills with 4-5 years of experience in managing and leading staffB.com or CA (Inter/Final) are desired educational qualification for this roleDesired qualities:A drive to broaden one's knowledge of the financial services industry by learning new concepts and systems and taking the initiative to apply it to daily work assignments.Attention-to-detail to ensure that all deliverables consistently meet the highest standard of quality and accuracy.Sound judgment, problem solving, and analytical skillsGood client/business relationship managementPositivity and collegial approach in assisting both colleagues and clients and the ability to work in team environment.Curiosity, critical thinking, and attention to detail: Whether it's to identify a solution to a problem or possibly help implement a more efficient process or procedure
