HiHope you are doing goodWe have an immediate requirement Product Design (CRI PLUM Lighting) for my clientPosition : Full timeWork location: NoidaJob Description :1- Ensure Focus on Combining innovation leads to customer satisfaction,2- To Strengthened environment that support research and development initiatives.3- Ensuring the success delivery of complex Projects.4- Ensure comprehensive product development process, which should incorporate market research, cross-functional collaboration.5- Support Program lead from inception to launch, coordinating activities and implementing opportunities for continuous improvements.6- Ensure Complete Lighting Product development by utilizing tools like APQP, DFMEA, DFM, DFA, PFD, Control Plan, PFMEA etc. along with national and international certifications like BIS, IEC, Ul etc.7- Timely Manage and release Bill of material (BOM) with detail cost analysis.8- Ensure support to Manufacturing unit by offering solutions, assisting team members on Process and design executions.9- To Expedite complete product development cycle keeping high-quality results within a reasonable lead time.10- Support in Product design which lead to Sustainability and environmentally friendly.Technical Skills :-1- Expertise in Product Development Specially Lighting Products (Design-Prototype-Executions-Launch)2- PLM Skill Knowledge of Windchill, PLM3- Software Skill Experience in MS Office applications, Altium , Dailux , Agi 32 , Solid works/Creo.4- Certifications BIS , IEC , UL and CE Compliance understanding (Lighting Product Specific)5- Basic Knowledge of Ida , RoHS and REACH ComplianceSoft Skill :-1- Team Collaboration2- Communication3- Project management4- Quality Assurance5- Multi-TaskingEducation :-1- M.E/MTech/B.E./BTech Electronics/ECE/Mechanical/Electrical/IlluminationsLanguage :-1- Proficiency in English.Please mention the below detailsTotal Years of experience:Rel exp:Np:CTC:ECTC:Current Organization:Current location:Preferred Location:Edu Qualification:DOB:Linkedin:Any offers:If you are interested Please revert back with your Response and refer your friendsThanks & RegardsShanthi P[Confidential Information]
