Billing Executive

Incumbent will scrutinize the receipt and cheque entries in tally.Incumbent will review daily processing of domestic and export invoices for customerorders.Incumbent will attend calls for escalations related to Domain, Billing & Paymentadjustment.Incumbent will scrutinize and review the month end closure meeting and ensure allbilling is complete.Incumbent will scrutinize and review renewal bills every month.Incumbent will review and co-ordinate with accounts teams for Service Tax working.Incumbent will intimate the support team for temporary suspension of service incasepayment are not received.Incumbent will coordinate with support & operation team for processing new orders.Incumbent will coordinate for pending recoveries with the recovery department onweekly basispending recovery reports for all services
