Position OverviewThe Diligent HR team seeks a highly motivated and analytical individual who is eager to enhance his/her HR experience and impact a dynamic, growing global technology organization. This multifaceted role focuses on Benefits with an emphasis on streamlining operational processes, supporting data accuracy, and educating employees on their benefits.This versatile role juggles often competing priorities and requires a diverse skill set ranging from knowledge of benefits programs, compliance and administration, and HR systems. The role partners with all members of our HR team, interacts with employees and managers at all levels of the organization and requires operational immersion into the inner workings of an HR department and a detailed understanding of HR processes and procedures. This role will be expected to support M&A integration activities and support the organization as it continues to scale and grow.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral day-to-day administration and first point of contact for benefits programs including health & welfare plans, wellness and leave of absence administrationPartner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits deductions and provide recommendations for areas of efficiencies and improvementKey role in the development of benefits content on company intranet, maintaining updated and accurate benefits informationIntegral support during and leading up to annual renewals and enrollments, including heavy involvement of the Open Enrollment processEnsure data integrity and accuracy of employee benefits information through audits and billing reconciliation liaising with AP and vendors as requiredWork with benefit vendors to resolve employee issues, ensure accurate billing, and implement the most streamlined administrative processesDevelop and maintain process documentation as well as ensuring the proper documentation and accessibility of all benefit documents and summariesSupport compliance and reporting obligations including but not limited to ACA filings, annual plan notice distributions, non-discrimination testing, etc.Required Experience/Skills:Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years combined experience in BenefitsKnowledge of Benefits regulations and compliance including COBRA, ERISA, ACA, FMLA and experience administering both fully-insured and self-insured plansWorking knowledge of benefits technology and HR systems as well as HR operations, policies and processExceptional attention to detail and data integrityProject management skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects, analyze data and process and communicate recommendationsExperience within a global organization and ability to interact with and influence various departments and levels of managementSelf-motivated and comfortable navigating a dynamic, fluid environmentStrong collaboration and communication skills, customer service oriented
