Job Title: Senior Associate Director- Progamme Manager Career Level - F Introduction to role:Join the ETS Delivery Team at AstraZeneca, a global team of over 80 program and project managers working closely with all areas of our company. This role delivers projects in our Strategic Programmes portfolio which operates across a wide range of enterprise technologies. Accountabilities:As a Senior IT Project / Programme Manager, you will lead one or a set of interrelated major global projects/programmes with a value of up to $20M. You will be accountable for determining and delivering solutions to approved budget and schedule commitments whilst meeting required quality and compliance standards. Your focus areas will include stakeholder management, risk management and delivery of business benefit.
Essential Skills/Experience:- Technical or Business Degree or proven relevant experience- Proven skills and experience managing and controlling large project and programme budgets.- Experience managing and leading global project teams - Evidence of shaping innovative solutions that have a major impact within the business area and organisation - Experience working in a global organization where stakeholders and project team members are geographically dispersed.- 48+ months of proven relevant experience as a PM or equivalent role- Strong Project and Programme Management Skills- A capable knowledge of Financial Management and Benefits Delivery practices.- Broad understanding of IT systems and technology implemented within a business context.- Excellent communication and relationship management skills- Strong knowledge and experience with internal and external suppliers and solutions- Excellent business acumen with sensitivity to environment
Desirable Skills/Experience:- Masters degree- Project / Programme Management certifications.- Demonstrated leadership skills interacting with senior leaders- Agile, Lean & Six Sigma Skills
