Job Description Senior Talent Acquisition - Oracle Cloud/Oracle ERP/Oracle HCM HiringLocation: ChennaiExperience: 4+ Years (with small team lead responsibility wherever applicable)Key Roles and Responsibilities:Experience in hiring candidates specialising in Oracle Cloud/Oracle ERP/Oracle HCM skills.Manage stakeholder relationships, drive the recruitment processes, which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for leadership hiring.Guide the team on sourcing, recruitment processes, and methods to ensure high quality sourcingsComplete end to end recruitment cycleWork on final negotiations for the position closures for leadership positionsFor Senior TAs- Lead a team of recruiters and drive position closures. Manage target setting, track team achievements and measurable result and KPI parameters through data based MIS reporting.Manage multiple vendors for contract staffing/ external staffing agencies and vendor relationshipsDeploy sourcing strategies and talent pipelining for niche hiring across all levels to source diverse talent through career site, social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and employee referral programHelp shape and influence employee communication to ensure engagement and clarityRequirements:Bachelor's / Master's degree with an excellent academic recordMust have experience in leadership hiringExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in IT Recruitment is mandatoryEnd to end recruitment without supervisionResponsible for leading a team of recruiters/sourcers and provide direction on recruitment strategies and methodologies with strong negotiating skillsSourcing profiles from different job Portals, through Job Posting, Referencing and Headhunting;Extensive experience of conducting interviews for Freshers to C-Level VacanciesCommanding person who can control flow of work, candidates, staff and stakeholdersDemonstrate ability to drive human resource strategies and programs in complex environments at the most senior levels of an organisationExperience of developing and implementing a talent management strategy to raise the bar and upgrade capabilityAbility to set a vision and proven experience of executionStrong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levelsAbility to mentor and develop others and to scale teams
