The primary role of this position is to ensure accuracy and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salary disbursements, taxes, and other deductions. Must ensure Zero error payroll process.Ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations related to payroll processing. ESI /PF / TDS / PT.Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures that are aligned with the company's overall HR strategy and objectives.Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards ManagementManaging employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction, retention, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.:DPreparing wage cost budgeting & Present Quaterly Budgeted Wage Vs AccrualEnd to End Compensation & Variable pay ReviewPreparation & Execute Rewards Frame workAnalyse the Internal & External Pay ParityComplete compliance on Payroll & C and B with Internal & External auditsSurveys on C & B with the industry periodically & ReportDesired Candidate ProfileA Post Graduate in Social Work / HRM from recognised Institutions, with 5-8 years of experience in handling Payroll and C & B.Tech-savvy and experience in HRMS / Payroll software.Must have Proficiency In Tamil & EnglishAbility to work collaboratively with other functions and stakeholders.
