Male / FemaleMin. Graduate / PG DesirableMin. 5 years of the experience in handling HR functions.1. Should be familiar with HR budget, performance system, Training and Development and other gamut of HR operations.2. well versed with auditing requirement.3. Possess good understanding of budgeting and cost control and employees needs and their grievances.4. Have a complete overview of HR documentation and filing system.5. Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications.6. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.7. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.8. Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits.9. Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.10. Research and develop recruiting leads.11. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques12. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees13. Manage employees grievances14. Measure employee retention and turnover rates15. Oversee daily operations of the HR departmentSkill1. Communication (written and oral) Skills2. IT/Computer Skills3. Planning and Organisational Skills4. Leadership Skills5. Proven working experience & understanding in recruiting.6.
