(KPIs) Determine and provide metrics and status reports for management review.Manage process and procedure improvements and promote process health. Coordinate or lead process design teams by considering feedback from partners/stakeholders.Track, evaluate, and drive process improvements and concerns.Collaborate and draft to produce process materials with teams.Collaborate to determine the best way to provide improvements and process enhancements to the affected team members.Participate in the development of process training documentation and media such as Process Best Practices and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).Qualifications: The capability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgment. The ability to work independently and meet timeframes. Can influence without authority. Good understanding & working Experience with Jira, JAMA , Confluence and Share pointExperience working with Configuration Management Process and its process governance.
