1. Booking of Expenses, Bills, Invoices for Different Labs location - Booking / Data Entry of all type of Bills, Expense Vouchers, Invoices2. Payroll - Co-ordination & Follow up with HR Team for Monthly Salary data from HRMS Application & Make the Salary Payments as Due Date wise3. Petty Cash Management - Providing Petty Cash to Lab Admins & taking follow up for all bills at end of the month Online Utility Bills payment & Statutory Payments4. Advances Clearance - Clearing & Covering the Expenses, Bills Vouchers, etc from the person, Party's to whom given as Advance amount5. Preparation of Approval Sheet & Make Approvals Payment - Preparing Approval sheet on weekly basis ( Monday / Thursday ) including all the require payments of local vendors with their Approval person6. Uploading & Making Vendor Payments Through Online Banking - Uploading the local vendors, Exp's , Bills payment by using CMS function of Net banking and Process the payment7. GST Knowledge preferred
