Ux Researcher

IBM Software is looking for a UX Research Intern. This intern role will work with one of our IBM Software product teams and will have the following responsibilities:· Assist in the planning and execution of user experience research including: usability studies, interviews, competitive evaluations, surveys, expert heuristic evaluations, card sorts, tree tests, task analyses, etc.·  Help prepare data collection materials (e.g., discussion guides), help synthesize user research findings, co-create presentations, and participate in the general documentation of research techniques and processes.· Work collaboratively with cross-functional peers on the product team to understand and measure user experience for IBM Software products.· The ideal candidate will be passionate about working on complex software projects.. This internship provides a chance to join a well-established group of researchers in a mature organization.
