We are seeking a talented UI/Figma Lead with strong expertise in Angular to join our team. As the UI/Figma Lead,you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of user interfaces across our projects. You willcollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaginguser interfaces.Technical SkillsProven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.Strong front-end development skills with expertise in Angular (experience with Angular 2+).Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing project requirements.Nice to Have:Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and Angular applications.Responsibilities:Lead the UI/UX design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements anditerate on designs.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve user experiences.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and frontend development.Mentor junior designers and developers, providing guidance on UI design principles and Angular bestpractices.
