HIRING FOR PAYTMResponsibilities:- Take ownership of and develop next-generation web applications with efficient, reusable front-end abstractions and systems.- Design engaging and compelling consumer experiences.- Ensure optimal performance and scalability of assigned systems.- Actively participate in design, development, and code reviews to create robust applications and prototypes.- Mentor junior engineers on design principles and coding best practices.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in UI development.- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with expertise in at least one framework like React, Angular, Redux Saga, Redux Toolkit, and Ember (a plus).- Understanding of browser internals and basic knowledge of the network stack.- Familiarity with common design patterns in front-end projects.- Basic awareness of application security practices and deployment techniques for front-end projects.- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals such as data structures and object-oriented programming.- Excellent communication skills.
