Transformation Specialist

Summary:The Transformation Specialist under the guidance of the Transformation Leader, partners with HR Function, HR Technology and HR Operations teams to drive transformation towards an integrated, transparent, and agile workflow, enabled by data and AI.They support the HR Function navigating the transformation approach from the problem statement definition to implementation and through the framework: engagement, discovery, design, delivery and sustain.Transformation Specialist Key Responsibilities:EngagementSupport the Transformation Leader in:Identifying and prioritizing opportunitiesEstablishing preliminary targets & timelines (FTE, cost reduction) DiscoverySupport the HR Function defining Problem StatementPerform the Activity Based AnalysisLead design thinking session / walkthrough to model current state (process, roles, applications) Estimate ROI DesignLead design thinking session to design future state including process workflows simplification, elimination and automationLock requirements & commit delivery timelines DeliverProcess Transformation (elimination, simplification) and Automation execution (development, UAT, deployment, training) SustainLead Hypercare and hand over to business users / Technology teamSupport Change ManagementEnsure self-sustainabilitySuccessful traits:• Act as a Problem Solver• Drive bold process improvement and make data-driven decisions• Communicate with impact to drive adoption of change and new ways of working
