Our client is dedicated to creating a skilled workforce that is ready to meet the challenges of Industry 4.0, having physical presence in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, NCR, and in some of GCC countries as well and it is rapidly growing.Position- TrainerLocation Uttarakhand - your initial training is likely to be done in Pune, MaharashtraEmployment - PermanentQualifications: B.E./B Tech in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Electronics (with about 5 years of experience) or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Electronics (with about 7 years of experience)Skills Required:Proficient in one of the following areas:5 years hands on experience (industry) in CNC Milling and Turning technology.(any controller)Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.Knowledge of CNC programming and the ability to write and edit CNC code.Understanding of machining processes, tool selection, and cutting parameters.Hands-on experience with CNC milling and turning machines is a must.Adherence to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.Knowledge of the risks associated with CNC machining and the ability to implement safety measures.5 years hands on experience (industry) in Robotics and automation and digital manufacturing.Understanding of robotics principles, kinematics, dynamics, and control systems.Knowledge of different types of robotic systems, including industrial robots, collaborative robots (cobots), and autonomous systems.Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems and processes.Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, actuators, and other automation components.Understanding of automation protocols and communication standards.Proficiency in digital design tools, such as Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software.Knowledge of digital twin technology for virtual manufacturing and simulation.Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies.5 years hands on experience in additive manufacturing.Knowledge of various additive manufacturing technologies, such as stereolithography (SLA), selective laser sintering (SLS), fused deposition modeling (FDM), and metal 3D printing processes like selective laser melting (SLM) or electron beam melting (EBM).Understanding of materials used in additive manufacturing, including polymers, metals, ceramics, and composites.Knowledge of material properties and behavior during the printing process.Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating 3D models that can be used in additive manufacturing.Familiarity with AM-specific software tools, including slicing software and software used for generating support structures.5 years hands on experience in CAD/CAM technology.Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar programs.Ability to create 2D and 3D models, assemblies, and drawings.Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).Knowledge of quality tools and various industrial quality control techniques.Proficiency in CAM software for generating toolpaths and CNC code.
