If you don't fill all of the qualifications, you may still be considered depending on your level of experience.Bank TellerA Bank Teller is a front-line banking professional who interacts with customers, verifying their identification, processing deposits and withdrawals, and facilitating various financial transactions. They serve as the initial point of contact for customers entering the bank.ResponsibilitiesConduct dozens of bank's routine transactions within time limits and established guidelines (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals etc)Assess customer needs and introduce new products and services (credit cards, saving bonds etc)Make sales referrals, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and servicesGo the extra mile to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfactionComply with regulatory requirementsManage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent lossesResolve customers issues and provide relevant informationRequirements and skillsProven working experience in banking, personal banking, retail banking or financial servicesBasic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash drawers, receipt validators, money counters)Strong communication and time management skillsCustomer satisfaction-orientedAttention to detail and mathematical skillsBS in Finance, Banking or relevant fieldIf you need any information kindly call to the HR Niharika Jain:- 96439 17204
