Tele Caller

Responsibilities- Memorise scripts and customize them for the clients as per the situation while tele calling- Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients- Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during tele calling- Report the analysis and observation to the team lead- Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology while tele calling- Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients
