The position requires excellenttechnical engineering knowledge coupled with proficiency in product development and quality systemswith a constant eye for improvements.Design, simulate, prototype and release power electronics products and systems from concept.Generate supporting documentation as per project requirements.Adhere to best practices, design standards, and processes during development.Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:Essential:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics EngineeringDesired:- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power ElectronicsKnowledgeSolid knowledge of Power Electronics Fundamentals, Power Switching Devices (IGBT/ MOSFET),SMPS,Magnetics & Gate Driver Design. Design experience of UPS, Inverters, Converters. Experience inEMI/EMC and Filter design. Should have working knowledge of Electronics design/Simulation toolssuch as MATLAB, PSpice, Orcad, Cadence or equivalent tools.Experience:Experience in preparing Technical Specifications, Design documents and Test plansGood and Consistent Academic Records. Passion to Succeed and eager to learn new technologiesStrong Analytical skills. Strong Interpersonal skills, Self-motivated and innovativePositive Attitude & DisciplineSkills and abilities:5 to 9 Years of Experience in Design of Power Electronics EquipmentDesired experience:Programming of Microprocessors - CPLD / Assembly Language like Embedded C, ALP of 8051Experience in UPS or Solar IndustryGood knowledge in IEC Standards.Familiar with Japanese language.
