This means conducting business with integrity, accountability, and professionalism while supporting our global community.As an Techno Functional Analyst, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, closely partnered with business stakeholders as part of project teams utilizing the Agile / Waterfall methodologies to deliver new capabilities and business value.? You will configure, develop, maintain and support Micron applications.? You will participate in new functionality estimation, analysis, design and development of application requirements by working closely with the Human Resources stakeholders and other members of the team.?You must have a demonstrated ability to create quality software and participate in quality improvement efforts. You must demonstrate the functional and technical skills necessary to switch between development technologies and merge them to provide the best solution.Responsibilities and Tasks:·Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday RAAS /Enterprise integration builder (EIB), Web services, XSLT and XPATH.·Build custom reports relating multiple objects and including data transformations with standard workday reporting functionality.·Good working knowledge on calculated fields.·Manage workday integration analysis, system configurations and production deployment.·Work directly with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements.·Provide analysis and guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches·Collaborate with implementation team (including Area Architects, Business Analysts, etc.) to determine best IT solution for identified business problem.·Work within cross-functional teams (HR areas, Project teams, PMO) to drive successful deployments·Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capability·Self-motivated and outcome oriented·Capability to build strong rapport with customer groups·Experience in collaborating?with team members to drive results·Ability to work independently with short deadlines·Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)Qualifications and Experience:·Minimum of 3 years of direct, hands-on experience in Workday integrations.·Hands on experience in workday studio development.·Good working knowledge of workday EIB, Raas and web services.·Good working knowledge ofintegration security, SOAP, REST,XML and XSLT.·Good working knowledge of packaged connectors / generic connectors / PECI / WECI integrations.·Good Experience into integration design / testing approach.·Functional knowledge in Core-HCM / Talent Management / Recruitment / Benefits / Learning.·Strong analytical / problem solving skills and trouble shooting abilities .Education:·B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA/B.S./B.B.A. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or industry-related curriculum or equivalent work experienceAbout Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
