Capable to handle minimum 20 to 25 TL's (on-roll).Ø Base Location Geographical knowledge required.Ø Team handling & motivationØ Handling merchants complaints day to days basisØ Allocation of the complaints to the FSE's/ TLs based on pin codes.Ø He should aware of the TaT closer (with in the time line) minimum 48 hoursØ Device return pic-up from merchant by service team (FSE's).Ø Team follow-ups on merchants complaints vs closer part.Ø Finally Team (FSE/ TLs) productivity responsibility.
