Job Description:Research for Advisory assignments and drafting of written opinions on tax advisory forInternational tax and tax advisory for M&A transactions (FEMA will be added advantage)Able to resolve the tax queries received by them from the clients,Getting notes ready for circulation to clients for any update in Income-tax Act and related acts,Getting notes prepared for any tax changes for circulation internally to respective teams from an implementation perspectiveDrafting opinions for advisory mattersFiling of form 15CA and 15CB for foreign remittancesQualifications:Chartered Accountant with 3-6 years of Post qualification experience,Candidates must have relevant Experience in reputed tax firmsExcellent Drafting skillsExcellent communication skillsMust be living in Gurugram or adjacent to Gurugram /open to relocateDiploma in International Taxation from ICAI would be an added advantage,
