The individual in this role will also be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. They must be talent champions, actively maintaining long-term candidate relationships and staying connected to a pipeline of candidates while energetically discussing career opportunities within Accertify. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Partner will ensure that the team presents high-quality candidates in a timely and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment activities - including job posting, talent sourcing, prescreening, assessment, interview, offer management, and onboarding process for the assigned hiring requisition; ensure best-in-class candidate and hiring leader experience throughout the processComplete sourcing strategy and talent pipelining for hiring across all levels to source top talent through social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, Employee Referral Programs, and internal job postsDrive outstanding recruitment brand, marketing, and social media strategy for the region in partnership with in-house functional specialistsCollaborate across the team to ensure process compliance to deliver a more coordinated and seamless approach to recruitment service deliveryStrengthen relationships with business leaders and key partners by proactively recruiting in key areas of our business and converting top, diverse talent into hiresStay abreast of market insights to make recommendations on staffing processes and industry practices, building talent pipelines, sourcing prospects, and extending appropriate salary offersRecommend recruitment ideas and strategies that will give to the long-range growth of the companyGive to broader talent acquisition priorities by participating in industry events, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment activities that may involve some travelMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent6+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced global recruitment environment handling end-to-end recruitment activities, which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management, and all the related responsibilitiesPrior experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key collaborators, hiring managers, and HR colleaguesExperience in Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to improve process efficienciesOutstanding assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processesIn-depth knowledge of the recruiting landscape with the ability to produce external trends, market intelligence, and industry insightsProven ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts, and issues clearly and confidently through all channels while having an awareness of environmental cuesExperience working in a team environment emphasizing group contributionsAbility to build relationships and sustain trust with people at all levels of an organizationAbility to execute multiple projects/tasks at the same time under strict timelinesExcellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skillsDriving process optimization and continuous improvement (e.g., onboarding)Strategic outlook and ability to lead change and innovationStrong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of an organizationAbility to make logical decisions in a sophisticated environmentAble to adapt own approach and style to the situationWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
