Our client is a well renowned Logistics and Supply chain management firm based in Thane, hiring for one of their Franchise stores for Luxury Gold & Diamond Jewelry. SRKVM EnterprisesCandidates living in and around Thane location only will be preferredWith recent expansion of stores in and around Navi Mumbai & Thane district, SRKVM Enterprises have opened up 3 Franchisee stores out of which 2 are exclusive standalone Luxury jewelry Stores along with one Titan Showroom.We are hiring for a Store Manager to manage the daily operations of the store. Effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing & administration of a store and to meet or exceed the business targets of sales, profitability, ROI etc.Position: Store ManagerReporting to: General ManagerExperience: 8-10 yearsLocation: Thane, Ghodbunder RoadRoles & Responsibilities:The individual will be responsible for Sales performance of the Store (which includes Ground floor (500 sqft) + 1st floor (350 sqft))Should be capable of creating a Sales Budget- Plan/forecast for the financial year (Good with numbers metrics and Sales planning)Ensure Floor Managers are meeting their targets and manage a total of 30 to 35 employeesConduct daily opening and closing stock - Manage stock and inventoryManage operations of the store such as Sales, Marketing & Administration to exceed targetsAttend to customer walkins as and when required during busy days and managing irate customers if requiredProvide inputs to the General Manager as and when neededTrain Floor Managers & Junior Sales people on the products to ensure they can attend to all customers queriesCandidate requirements:Minimum 8-10 years in the Jewelry/Gems industry with 4-5 years in managing a storeThorough knowledge on Gold purity, exchange of GoldAble to understand and empathize with customers for complex queries, provide solutions to win the customerDemonstrated ability to deal with escalations in a calm and composed mannerCandidates within the age group of 40-50 yearsOpen to Male or Female candidates (Male will be preferable)Education:Minimum GraduateCandidates living in and around Thane location only will be preferred.
