Job Description Of Sales Executive :We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers through telephonic communication and converting leads into successful sales.Key Responsibilities :Lead Generation and Prospecting :- Proactively identify and target potential customers through outbound calls. Conduct market research to expand the customer base and enhance sales opportunities.Telephonic Sales :- Engage with leads and prospects through effective communication over the phone. Present products/services, understand customer needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs.Sales Conversion :- Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Customer Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
